For years, our crunchy Homemade Granola has been a part of our daily breakfast routine. Now, you can have the opportunity to enjoy our favourite family recipe too. We use all organic ingredients and activate all grains, nuts and seeds to make them more bioavailable and digestible. 

Originally crafted to fundraise for our son Cedric's school language and arts trip to Spain in October 2024, this product quickly gained popularity at local markets, prompting us to offer it for online sales. 

Featuring 5 unique flavors, we have not added any gluten and one flavour is oat-free. We use certified organic ingredients when available and our berries are sourced locally. Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt for a yummy breakfast or dessert. Snack straight out of the jar, or sprinkle on your favourite dessert.

Activated nuts and seeds are those that have been soaked in water for a while, usually between 6-12 hours, and then dehydrated at a low temperature. This process mimics the natural germination process that occurs in nature, triggering enzymes and breaking down compounds like phytates and enzyme inhibitors
